We have produced religious stained glass windows since 1987. At the start of our working life we worked for a well-known stained glass manufacturer in Rome , Domus Dei, in via della Conciliazione (near the Vatican). It specialised in religious art and we were involved in the production of large scale windows both for churches in Italy and abroad.
Since creating our own business, Caleidos, we have supplied religious stained glass windows for, among others:
Chiesa della Madonna del Latte Dolce, Salerno: the front facade in stained glass made with dalles de verre
Church in Melbourne, Australia: the front facade made with lead technique and painted entirely in grisaille (a term for a painting executed entirely in shades of grey or of another neutral greyish colour)
Chiesa Regina Mundi, Roma: lead stained glass windows, painted in grisaille
- Cemetry chapels: we have produced a large number stained glass windows and urns for cemetries in Rome and surrounding areas.
